By 10.00 on date of departure – late checking out by prior arrangement.

Room service

Monday – Friday any time up to 12h00.
Saturday and Sundays up to 11h00.
Please indicate if you do not want room service and if you want your towels and/or linen to be replaced.

Damage to Boubou B&B property, furnishings or equipment.
Any damage caused during your stay needs to be reported and the cost to replace, repair or clean may be charged for at our discretion.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served on the patio or wooden deck from 7.00 to 9.00. Please indicate what time you would like to have breakfast at checking in and please indicate any dietary needs or requirements.

Other meals

Dinner (menu of the day) is available on request and need to be ordered by 10h00.

Laundry and Ironing

Laundry and ironing can be done and need to be pre-arranged to an additional charge.
No ironing is allowed in the rooms.

Safe keeping of valuables

Should you require any articles to be kept in safe keeping, inform us and arrangements will be made.

Non smoking policy

Kindly note that this is a non-smoking establishment and smoking in the rooms, bathroom and main house is not allowed. You are welcome to smoke outside, please close the windows and doors while smoking.

Swimming pool

Boubou B&B and its owners cannot be held liable for the safety of anyone in or at the swimming pool. Please ensure that children are accompanied at all times.

Swimming towels are provided on request. Kindly note that the bathroom towels should not be used at the swimming pool.

Air Conditioner

Please keep all doors and windows closed if you use the air conditioner and turn it off when leaving the room.

Internet

We have free Wi-Fi Internet. You do not need a voucher or code to log in.

Reception

We are usually around the house or near the premises. Please call 083 457 9954 or ask our staff to assist.

Additional Guests

Any person brought onto the property for any purpose without prior permission or knowledge of the owner of Boubou B&B will be charged a rate equal to the single rate applicable at the time.

Safety

When coming in late at night, please lock the doors behind you. Please ensure that the automatic electrified gates have closed behind you.

Music

The play of music is not allowed. Please consider other guests and our neighbours. Note that the use of the sound system in the launch area is not available.

Cancellation Policy

No refunding. A voucher will be created for the accommodation total and it will be valid for 3 months.

NB: We do not accept cheques or vouchers.
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Should the deposit not be received by this date, we will consider this reservation as cancelled.
